On January 17th I threw my son a birthday party at coco key in Waterbury, Ct. Everything was paid for in advance there were supposed to be 10 children two adults and two extras. Two adults were free and the extras i paid for in advance on the day of the party two of the children were sick and couldn't make it so I brought my niece who is 18 and my husband which should have taken the place of the two children that couldn't make it. I also rented a room that came with four free passes to coco key water park. Yet after the party was said and done I was charged another 100.00 for bringing to extra people. Which were my husband and niece. I have tried numerous times to clear up this matter I talked to Natasha my "party Planner" and Melissa who works in the finance dept. Neither have been helpful in resolving this mater no one seems to know who the manager is or how can get this problem cleared up. It's not the money its the principle of the matter.
