All this past winter we southt 4 or 5 star accomodations for our Summer Vacation through Gold Crown Resorts after purchasing their long term vacation plan.

They promise weekly stays at 4-5 star resorts for no more than $695.00 at resorts all over the world and yet, for months we have been been unable to find anything we would consider staying at as anything they can actually provide is barely more than 2 to 3 star.in other words, GCR does not deliver what they promise and what they contracted for through Sunshine Promotions.

Gold Crown blames Sunshine Productions, Sunshine does not respond to my requests for a refund and cancellation. Everyone sounds very concerned about our dissatisfaction but the persons named as the decision makers never respond.

We paid them $6,000 for absolutely nothing and we feel like fools. There must be other people in the same position and we would like to know if anyone has been successful in getting their money back. If so, how. Please let us know. Jake
