My wife and I checked into the Paris on Mar 20 aroung 6:00 PM. We were told that for $2.00 per night we could have a room facing the strip. We agreed. Next the registration desk informed us we were being upgraded to VIP. There was no discussion of cost. We assumed that it was the result of us booking the trip through a travel agency. I signed the registration form and there was no additional upgrade cost indicated on the form. The Paris faxed me this registration form when I questioned the charge of $433.76 on my credit card statement. The form now has a $100 per night upgrade fee added.
I have tried to discuss this with the Paris and they say there is nothing they can do because I signed the registration form.
