No Credit when we cancelled one of our 4 rooms on time for a refund

We took a cruise years ago and cancelled a cabin and was never given a refund for this even when it was cancelled in time due to their own policy. They said they had our signature on a credit card that we used and we told them that it was for the rooms we did use.

I gave up after a few months and Carnival just wouldn't listen to my problem after their basic research.
