The supervisor, Brooks Roberts, of the Comfort Suites in Mt. Pleasant SC, is rude and insensitive. I'm a breast cancer patient who found S.C. For surgery.in the last second I had been ready to locate free lodging in the Wish Hotel for cancer patients. I had been not able to provide him the necessary 24-hour notice to Ease Packages because of overdue notice from wish Hotel, and also the resort info loaded in my own checked case. I named Comfort Suites to stop the moment I acquired into S.C. Mr. Roberts was rude and stated it did not matter exactly what the cause was, he was still likely to cost me for that $84.01. I slept as of this same Convenience Collection last September and also have to come back this Nov. 2009 for more surgery. Mr. Roberts has dropped a returning customer.
