I stopped by the Comfort Inn Hotel in Sullivan on Friday the 15th of July. I asked the Comfort Inn clerk how much the room cost for one night with a military discount. I was told that it was $109.00 with a 20% military discount; which was $79.99. I contacted the Comfort Inn Corporate Office and told the representative what happened. He told me that the cost of the room was $94.99; which was a $15.00 difference for $79.99. The representative explained to me that whatever the military discount was the computer calculates the price. Someone is lying somewhere and i feel like I have been cheated out of my money. I have stayed in the Comfort Inn before have never paid that much. How can this be resolved? It has not been resolved.
