This co, would not work with us on dates we submitted for our cruise certificate. They always told us there were no rooms available for those dates which we knew better because we had already chcked wih the cruise line before submitting the dates to motivation advantage.
They always wanted to sell us an upgrade for 400 dollars per person. This triggerd an alarm because this co. Had already been paid for the certificates by a carpet company in georgia.
Bottom line is dont use this company at all. We never got to use our cruise and had tried nearly a year to work with them on dates. It expires in july 09 and they are not calling us at all.
