Still haven't been able to redeem my vacation, and the company doesn't want to return my money

I answered a radio question on MEGA stations, paid administrative fees, and now I can't redeem my vacation package because I don't "qualify".in order to obtain the packages purchased, you have to sit through presentations (probably for a timeshare).in order to qualify for the presentations you have to be above a certain age, you have to make over $50,000/yr, and you have to be traveling with your spouse. Obviously, none of this was mentioned before.
