Business offer scam refinanced homes in my name took the money and never paid any mortages now wont anwser calls

I have known the Paul family for over 25 years so there was no reason not to trust them when they asked me about the possibility of doing business together we were to fix houses and rent them out. The pauls had seven houses that they were starting to work on I accepted I thought this was a good idea. We fixed up the houses that they had I found renters for every house I did all the paperwork I had built up income coming in for these houses to about $6500 dollars a month.

Everything was going good. Then the Paul Family approached me with another deal to purchase four houses and add the to the business. I agreed everything was going good. I had decent credit so I agreed to sign for the houses. They sent a realtor to me. Itrusted them so I trusted him. I signed the papers he presented to me and the deal for the first house was in progress As this was taking place they assured me that they would use the profits from the renters to pay the mortages. They did until the last house was signed for a total of four houses.

As the last houses were signed for I begin to wonder how the were able to receive a lot of money from the mortage company for these houses, which of course I signed each and every check over to them with the thought that they were using it to fix up the houses. After the last house was signed for and the last check was signed over to them the Paul family stopped paying any more mortages, refused to take any more of my calls, refused to anwser the door, or talk to me Now I have learned that the Paul family already owned these houses and the realtor forged information about me and my income, informed the mortage companys that I owned and lived in these houses, quit claimed deeds from virginia, john, jimmy and imiri paul to me.

I never signed any quit claim deeds, they refinanced these houses in my name, got the refinance money from the mortage companys and ran. Now I am being sued by the mortage companys for the money they got. These companys are even now taking me to court to take my wages. I have tried to find someone to help me, I don't know what to do I need help.
