In December my wife was contacted by SummerWinds saying we had a chance to win a vehicle and to take advantage of the Stormy Point Village vacation package for only $139. The package included 3 days and 2 night at the Village. My wife accepted the offer and pay them the requested amount. Once we received the information there are several indications on the back page of the agreement and if you do not comply with all of them then you can not use the vacation package. Well the representative that called never mentioned anything about those, so we figure there was something wrong and we wanted a refund. We called SummerWinds and they told us we need to talk to Lucinda Waters in reservations. We tried to call her but he was not in that week. So we send her a letter and never received anything back.
Over the last 4 months, i have been calling every week trying to talk to Lucinda Waters or a manager they they are never available. They always said they will call you back. I just called again and same story.
