I put in dates and times for a round trip for all companies, of which Travelocity was listed. Travelocity gave a list of departure and returns. I selected one. My confirmation email came saying it was a one-way ticket. I called. They informed me that a second ticket was purchased a few minutes earlier and they were happy to refund that, but would not refund the other one. What's the difference?
I asked for an email address which they gave me one that is simply an ad for buying flights. Fat chance.
I told them that I was disputing charge on my credit card bill and if that didn't work, they could just send someone down to little ol' Spokane to small claims court. I'll be printing out the 108 rip off complaints for the judge to see.
