Unacceptable conditions and service

We'd a-2 night reservation 10/22 - 10/24/08 in the London, Tennessee. 38242 Econolodge. Following a full-dayis push we examined within the late morning. We were designated an area # 115. I suppose we were the only real people staying there as was the whole parking lot was vacant. We visited the area and there is pet feces quickly away from doorway. We didn't provide our bags in and quickly returned towards the table and reported. The assistant assured us that it'd be washed up instantly. We then visited supper.

Upon returning towards the resort 1 1/2 hrs later the feces was still not washed. I returned towards the table and again reported and desired to abandon. The assistant got the supervisor, Tanya. Tanya, in those days, was within the bar. She, in the place of getting instant activity and having it washed or providing people another space, blew us down after which directed the desk worker to cost me for just one night-only. And she did when I was charged on my charge card. I left disgusted with this hotel. I'd not suggest EconoLodge with this specific kind of customer support. I'd rather rest in my own automobile. Thanks. I ought to note the assistant was excellent. The supervisor ought to be counselled and retrained in customer support and fulfillment or ended.
