Ripoff How do they get your number? Stamford Connecticut

I was billed 135.00 on my AMEX card. I reported it and was told the company was on an automatic charge back program.

They gave me an instant credit and told me to report it to their internet unit. I did not know anything about this when they billed me. I do not know how they got my credit card number.
