Dear. Carnival Cruise Lines

I am writing you this formal letter. To tell you how angry and dissatisfied I am with your company and cruise line. After the way I was treated and was not treated as a non - valuable guest while on your cruise line and after me and my guest got home from our trip. I'm telling you now I will not likely return to your cruise line again to sail with you ever.

I will be making a personal web page on line about my story of what happened on your ships and how I was treated. This way other gusts will know what to look for on your ships and know how your company operates and does business. When I went on a cruise with your company last January with the ship called: Inspiration on 01/06.

I was planning on having a wonderful time and celebrating my graduating from college with my B. A degree in English and Special education. I had no idea nor was planning on what happen to me and my party while on your ship. It would have never crossed my mind that what was about to happen to us was goanna happen to us on a cruise ship. Nor that I would have had the experiences that I did while I was a guest on your ships.

Such as me requesting at the time of booking it and being told by your staff that I would be given the second or first seating and a vegan menu, which was not kept and your staff refused to correct these mistakes. It is important to know that when I booked this cruise I requested these things. Because, I have a medical condition that I have to take my medication for my medical condition before 7 PM. I also was not counting on and having someone from your staff steal my platinum ring of my room. The ring cost over $1,000.00 dollars.

I also was not planning on having while on the ship to buy a time share and then to try to be pressured to buy a time share while I was on vacation and was a guest on one of your boats. I also was not planning while on my relaxing vacation to be threatened by one of your other male guest that was clearly drunk and trying to rape one of your female guests. When I was doing nothing to them or didn't say anything to them at all.

What really angered me the most about your company is how your security officers on the ship. Just stood there and did nothing to help me or this female guest out when she was being insulted by a male guest. On top of that your dinning hall staff didn't want to correct dinning errors or the menu request that was promised or written in our reservations at the time of booking. When this failed to be corrected the staff constantly then treated us differently and rudely.

In the dinning area are food was always bought to us late and was cold. Never once did our food arrive on time or hot. When I went to the guest relation desk jokes were made about how my ring was stolen and was told there is nothing they can do and couldn't do anything to help me to take a report or locate the stolen ring.

Yes I was pleased that you gave me twice a letter extending a 10% discount on my next cruise rate and a special guest package that would be placed in my state room on my next cruise that I may take with you. I was very dissatisfied to see that you put a time limit on it. This in my view was wrong. After all that I been through and experienced while on one of your ship I feel that there shouldn't of been a time limit on it. Yes, I was happy with the ten percent discount even though in my personal feelings is I should of got a better discount on my next cruise rate or a even a free cruise to make up for all of my hardships, troubles, dissatisfaction and losses.

But, what now really angers me is that you not willing to extend this discount offer to me and it goanna expire in May of this year if I do not use it or book a cruse before then.in my view this speaks volume to me how Carnival cruise line think and treats its guest on their ships. When in all reality you don't care about your guest satisfaction, safety or personal insight if they had a good cruise experience. It is clear to me that all you care about is making money and nothing more.in my view I feel that this is poor costumer relations and business practice for a company cruise line that is big and well know as yours is.

I would think you would want your entire guest to enjoy themselves and have a good time on your ship that way they can tell all their friends and family to go on Carnival Cruise lines.in closing I will in the future if I want to go on a cruise some where will go with another cruise line that knows how to treat their guest as equal and help them when there is an issue on there ship and correct their errors. I sure the other cruise lines will welcome and like to have my hard earned money.

I was willing to give you another chance and a chance to correct your mistakes and errors. But I see now that you have no intentions or even want your guest to be happy with you as a cruise line. I understand that our economy is hard right now and we need to save or take whatever dollar that we can get to live. But, when a company starts to give poor guest relations that speak loud volumes to paying costumers and how they are valued as paying guest.

If you would like to speak to me further on these issues and see if we can rectify them. I will be more then happy to see what we can work out.
