This company called me and offered me a free vacation for myself and 3 of my friends. After talking with the gentleman for over 20 minutes, asking many questions, I obliged and gave him my bank account information. He informed me it would only be used for verification of an active account. He gave me a website address so that I could check out the company. Upon looking up the website, I found that it did not exist.
I called the customer service number (1800-824-7675) the next day to cancel all communication with this company. They offered me a cancellation number and told me that if I received any information in the mail to "RETURN TO SENDER" it. The woman was horribly rude to me. When I asked her for the correct website address, she gave me www.billbrowntravel.com. Again, this address does not even exist.
This company has yet to take any money without authorization from my bank, but you can be sure that I am closing my account today and starting over. This company is a scam!
