Carmen Dresslar of Paragon Real Estate / Tahoe Rentals, also listed as Coldwell Banker realtor, grossly misrepresented vacation property at 3750 La Crosse Dr in Tahoe City. She wrote in her emails the following:

However, it turned out that only the kitchen in the house was remodeled, the rest of the house was not, it had very old wobbly furniture, sofa was dirty and had many spots on it and was covered with bathroom towels to hide the dirt, doors had see-through large holes in them as if they were kicked by foot, closets were full of owners clothes, everything was dusty, wobbly, of very " used " flea market quality. Kitchen was poorly stocked, no coffee filters, graters, and other typical things one expects in a rental property, there were spider webs around the doorways, no rug to wipe the shoes, and there were very very uncomfortable beds, especially the bunks beds that are dangerous to climb on.
We were charged for this property as if it was a premium property. When I contacted the agent about the misrepresentation, she called me names and hung up.
I tried contacting the co-manager (or maybe owner) of this property Susan Baldwin of Coldwell Banker. Susan did not return my calls.
I googled Carmen Dresslar and found many negative reviews of her misrepresenting vrbo properties in Tahoe and being very rude. Here is the link to a sample of such reviews:

Clearly, Carmen Dresslar has been cheating unsuspecting tenants on many many occasions. Three families are looking to revoke her license and take her to small claims court. Susan Baldwin of Coldwell Banker in Tahoe is an accomplice. She cashed the check and is not returning calls/emails. I had to contact the branch manager. Waiting to hear from him.
