After feeling suspicious about the company we have filled for a refund of the monies charged to our account only to be rejected. My husband delt with the phone call and felt very pressured to give his details out to the company knowing that there is normally a cooling off period.
However he wasn't aware it was non refundable and after being in contact with our credit card company we have been told they can do nothing. Explore Universal even set up a 3 way call between us, credit company and themselves with the recored call between my husband and them with a section saying 'this is a non refundable deposit', however we fell this has been added laterally and now we have even less chance of getting the money back.
We are now skint and will have to pay this back with interest. Hang up on this company if they ever phone, dont be sucked in.
