I went on a ski trip to Swizerland. One my way back from Zurich my ski bag was torn open and the my ski equipment was damaged. I went to customer service to file a claim. The lady entered the claim in the computer system. Then she told me that US Airways may not pay the claim for they aren't responsible for damaged articles. The lady started getting an attitude just like the rest of the US Airways employees I experienced on this trip. At that point, I was very upset so I called the security guards to look over my bag and ski equipment. One of the guards was shocked at how badly the bag was torn; and even said he would be upset too. I told the lady I will never fly US Airways for several reasons. One, I didn't like their flight attendant service (grumpy people); two, the fact that they aren't responsible for damaged goods when the baggage people just throw stuff on the planes; and the lady I was filing a claim with make me look like I was the bad guy for being upset! Personally, I wouldn't recommend flying US Airways!!!
