MVI Vacations/Marketing also goes under the name of Sun Country travel Club. We sat through a two and half hour sales pitch, then had to wait for an hour to get our useless ceritificate.
The forms have to be filled out exactly correct, attach a $100.00 deposit, and sent via certified mail. We did it all correct. We received our certificate... NOW the "Fun" began...
The certificate was only good for one year. You have to pick a date 90 days from the time MVI recieves your request... So you're going about 110 days out. 3 1/2 months! Then after you mail in the requested dates... You wait for 2 months and then they mail you back... That the dates you ask for are not available... Please pick new dates... (again 3 1/2 months out) Did that mailed it back off.
Two months later recieved letter, those dates are not available... Please pick new ones. We did, mailed it off and then heard nothing. Finally called them and found that our "ceritificate" had only two months left on it in which to take our trip and since we had to request it 90 days out... Our certificate was void. "Thanks and have a nice day".
This company is nothing but a scam... If I had thousands of dollors to waste... I'd sue the H out of them... They need to be put out of business.
