Charged and then booking canceled

We reserved to remain in the above resort for 7 nights, at that time of creating the scheduling our card was billed for 6 nights. We later obtained a contact telling people the scheduling have been ended as our card details were wrong. Fourteen days after our resources were stil not returned and we were stuck in orlando with 2 small children with no accommodation. Whenever we approached them-they mentioned that people had inadequate resources within our consideration, these were unaware they had billed our card. We've received no apology, plus they have today returned less cash they unique billed.
