I had been ended while removed from a damage at work (fell in the parking lot) which led to a concussion, simply to return to work and be handed a letter dated for 12.09.08 that my job was terminated effective on 12.30.08, i'd a physicians excuse from benefit today and returned to work on the 31st.
I also had received a notice on 12.10.08 in regards to a "ultimate caution" of my behavior which was actually my first written or any caution of any sort i sent the legal representative who sent it to me requesting a clarification of depth and so i might correct my actions in leading to this letter with no response was ever provided.
I'm considering a employmnent attorney i'm seeking any kind of guidance i will get to create what was completed wrongfully in my experience on my missing days to some damage at the office
