My friend and I took the vacation package to the bahamas. I paid $580 plus tax for this, that and everything. I also had to pay a $60 fuel surcharge to ride on the boat. I dont call that a cruise line. The carpet was moldy and old everything looked used up. The beds were horrible and the water to shower with was brown. The only redeaming quality was the food was good and the service was excellent. Very nice staff and fun. The only free drinks were coffee and tea. There were a lot of charges they did not tell you about
when they were selling the package over the phone.
They made us think that the rarmada was a resort it was a dump. The carpet was wet and the room was damp because the air conditioner did not work right. The tub was slippery and i hurt my back when i nearly fell. The lamp had a short in it my friend could have been injured standing on wet carpet turning the lamp off. Everything on the table was wet when we woke up the next morning her cigarettes. Then we had to go to palm shores for a 2 hour tour which lasted five and a half hours. We kept saying no and they kept on trying to get us to buy a time share at palm shores which was not all that exciting to me. I had to get boiling mad before they would let us go. You had to have a voucher from them to get on the cruise. They have you over a barrel so to speak, but you paid for this abuse. I was very ill and i atribute a portion of that to sleeping in a wet room and eating tuna that was not prepared right. I spent ten days in the hospital.
