Used Travelocity through AOL to book a trip to Ireland for my son and myself for his birthday. Using their site and talking to several (non English speaking) representitive and their supervisors, setting up and booking this simple trip took over a week, even though the trip was being planned over a month in advance.
The day my son and I were dropped off at the airport, we found out Travelocity canceled our flights. Not the reservations at the Hotel or car rental in Ireland, just the flights. I never received notice or a reimbursement of this action. I called Travelocity from the airport and talked to them, the woman at the airlines check-in talked to them. They told both of us there was nothing they could do and it was not their problem.

The woman at the airlines and I talked to several differant people at Travelocity for almost 45 minutes before the woman at the airlines finally talked to someone who straightened the problem out.
When I returned home from Ireland, I tried to find a place on Travelocity.com where I could voice my complaint. There is no area for that. I also tried their parent company but, they do not have a "contact us" area either.

So, this iswhere I ended up. BEWARE of Travelocity.com. I had all the paperwork, all the numbers, registrations, everything... And a $4000 trip almost went down the drain, and THEY DID NOT CARE.
