Sleeping and driving is as hazardous as drinking and driving. We would never hire passenger carriers known for drinking and driving, would we? No one should have to die before passenger carriers take full responsibility. The owner's inaction on previous sleeping and driving reports, maintaining the driver's employment, and denying refunds to frazzled riders demonstrate his inexcusable lack of accountability.
