I will actually state that in my own 47 years I've never undergone a company with such terrible customer support. As well as their trade methods are deceptive. How they are able to officially gather account costs and utilize somebody's months after which coldly ignore demands for trades is beyond me. No body I understand may actually buy a account with two.
