The salesman omitted to to tell me about the mandatory $612.50 all inclusive

The salesman told me 3 times i get 10 weeks free, i only have to pay a house keeping charge. When i made a reservation they refused to accept it without the $612.-
all inclusive charge. If i bring frends every person has to pay the $612.- charge.
