Priceline Customer Service is an Oxymoron

We arranged a through Priceline for the household, and required 2 bedrooms, but got a typical space with 1 king-sized mattress instead. Some how within the scheduling procedure Priceline changed what we expected for. We did not understand this in the beginning, but discovered this out after I named to protest the "reduced" "name-your own price" cost was really *more* compared to resorts own web site confirmed! I named to protest concerning the cost simply to discover that my children would need to rest on the ground, since the space PL offered us just had a king-sized bed. The client support individual at PL might have cared a less. She stated that the agreement plainly confirmed that people had bought a typical area. But my eyes obviously appreciated that people had reserved an area for just two people and 2 kids. After paying 45 units of the CS representative stating the same again and again and once again I eventually quit. On these occasions if you find a problem, the client support representatives fundamentally repair the problem; even if the problem may be the resortis. You shouldn't be clotheslined by priceline.
