Global Equity Network, Global Equity USA Global Equity contacted me to sell my timeshare, immediately charged $1,000.00 on my credit card

7/2/08 Bob English (rep. Global Equity Network) contacted me to sell my timeshare; immediately charged $1,000.00 on my credit card; I decided not to sell (exercised my "3 day Right to Rescind"); was told I would recieve a $1,000 credit; hasn't happened & my phone calls go straight to a recording.
