After repeatedly canceling the membership, they are still taking money out of my account

Don't ever except even a trial membership from this company. I did in '06 and I'm still paying for it. I have canceled my membership several times and I am still getting charged.

You can not reach them by the phone number they provide because of their high volume of calls. Stay away from this company!
