My elderly mother made the mistake of calling them once she received promotional materials in the mail. She was talked into paying on the phone by charge card for a trip. She has not been able to travel in YEARS due to serious medical challenges.
I contacted the company once I heard about what she had done. They would only refund a portion of the $700 trip. A disgrace to company policies & practices to treat an elderly, new widowed woman this way. Do not use this company. There are too many other good cruise lines like Royal Carri bean or travel booked through Vacations to Go.
