Phone call, 6/3/08, free stay San Diego just for listing too a 90 min. Time share schpeel (spelling not sure). I do listen and think this sounds like something I would like to get myself into, travel, so I give world mart a 10% ck for the amt. $1,388.00 I said to the seller and too the sales manager I will move money to pay for the time share, don't cash the ck. After soul searching I realize this is not for me, durning the search I was in contact with the seller Charlie Jones continue telling him don't cash my ck. As well as telling the sales manaager Jeff Smith don't cash my ck. On the 6/11/08 after letting them know I am not going to buy the time share and giving back the packet, the company cashed the ck. I was so adamen about. So they took and I do say took the 10% ck. $1,388.00 I could understand taking a percent of the monies but all of it. (shame on them). This taught me another lesson time share are not what they claim to be. The BBB is another place where I'll share my complaint. (the 2 last name alas Smith & Jones)
