Many years before, I arranged an area many months ahead of time and needed to stop. I adopted their process, was inside the interval necessary to stop, and anything, but my charge card was nevertheless billed for that space.
I had been not able to recover losing ($150). Actually, it triggered my consideration to overdraw ($35) since I have was ignorant the reservation hadn't been ended as requested.
Their customer support was exceedingly unhelpful.
It has bothered me since. I'll never suggest their solutions to anybody.
