Just like the guy that reported four (4) years of unauthorized billing... I finally noticed after five (5) months that I was being erroneously billed $12.99 per month for a service I cancelled in August. Thank goodness I kept the confirmation number, date (8/13/07), and operator's name, so I could tell the supervisor Della (#31105) the exact information. She said she would refund the five months. Now, I have to again make sure I get the refund and not billed in the future, for this fradulant company.
