Meals was prepicked by Ms. Franca (yuk) so when you provide deals in Florence particularly, we were completely mistreated, they created us stay inside cafe alone when exterior was not actually filled-up and we requested nicely if we're able to stay there. Evening before starting we were still having deals sent to us. We constantly informed them of issues lacking. We were completely fooled and that I WOn't consider another franca visit again. Just beware.
