In response to the last two posts by an employee and someone who was displeased with the service, I have to agree with both of you.
I did indeed fill out a ballot to indicate my interest in this package, and yes I should've known what I was getting into by reading more. I wanted a trip and didn't think anything beyond that.
But while the company is not a pure scam (I'm sure there are much worse cruiseline scams in Florida), it still runs its business in a manipulative way. I was pleased that I was refunded my money promptly when I decided against flying to the other corner of the continent where I might not enjoy my first time in Florida.
Just want to reiterate what I saw on here:
If you took the trip and now realize that it's not for you, fax the Ramada Plaza Resorts CEO/Owner and request for a refund.
