Hello all Bluegreen clients... I am a former employee of bluegreen... I have an idea that some of you may want to try... How about a chance to speak to the Ceo and Cfo of bluegreen itself??? If some of you are so upset then have some — and do this... The upper brass will not like this idea, however so what, it may be the only way to get your situation handled...
I know all of the ins and outs about the sales process and what goes on... The top brass won't even step into the sales office because of i believe they don't want to know whats going on, however they are the topguns of the corporation... O. K here is what anyone can do!!! Ready...
Go to yahoo.com under the finance section. Since bluegreen is a public company (under the symbol bxg) they have to report to shareholders every quarter... They have a conference call for investors, anyone can call in, just give a name and say you are from a brokerage firm, then guess what you are talking to the ceo and the cfo and you have investors on the live line so that the topguns can't blow you off... Pretty good idea? Lol... Lol
You can see what i am talking about recently on july 24th they announced their conference call and when it was and the number to call in, how easy is THAT...
Bluegreen doesn't have a lot of callers, so it will be easy for you to get thru..
Here is how to handle the call when you call in... First listen to a previous call so you can hear how the format is...
You want to be professional, your main concern is as a shareholder is too alert other shareholders as too the practices that these two topguns are blind to, those practices could be the situation you are going thru...
Be calm and articulate, and just state facts that may hurt the company in the future...
If these topguns say that this isn't the place to discuss your matter say then give me your direct line and i'll call you...
P. S Most of the companies profit comes from the difference they charge in interest they charge the client and what they are charged...
If clients pay in cash this company is in trouble. Paying cash for this product is the only way to go, however good luck trying to go anywhere... Make sure you like your homebase location, you'll be seeing it alot...
