I received a call encouraging me to take a cruise with Imperial Majesty. I explained to the agent that I worked for the airlines and that I had access to discounts on cruises and other travel. The agent stated that this cruise was a mini Carnival Cruise. I informed the agent that my daughter will be graduating from high school and she wanted to go on a cruise for her graduation.

I explained that I wanted a very nice experience for her graduation since she was graduating top in her class, and the fact that she has assisted me in taking care of my 5 month brain dead grandson. The agent advised me of the additional hotel, car, and cabin upgrade option, in which I purchased.

I was given a confirmation number and a customer service phone number. Then a verifier came on the line. I verified what I had purchased. The verifier speech was not clear and I yelled for her to speak clearly and slowly. I called the customer care number to book the reservation.

I called back a few days later and asked why I had not received anything in the mail concerning the items I had purchased, I was told that the items are being prepared. I called back several days later and asked about the items again, I was told that I should receive the items soon.

At this time I asked the agent to review my reservation, and the back end of my trip was not booked. I was told that they will work to get this taken care of. I called back and informed the agent that I still have not received any documentation or boarding passes for the trip. I was told that the items can be faxed; I did not receive the fax until 5/25/07. My daughter's graduation was on 5/26/07 and we were to leave for Florida on 5/27/07. See Attachment A

When I received the fax I noted that there was a tour noted on the itnerary. Upon arriving at the Welcome Center in Fort Lauderdale I asked about the hotel because I was not pleased with the building. I stated that I was told that the hotel continuously wins Gold Awards. I was told that the hotel in Orlando was better.

I then inquired about the cruise. I was told that I should try to get an upgrade. I stated that I had upgraded the cabin. I was told that I should try to upgrade to the Carnival Cruise that will leave out of Miami and that I should see Alex when I get to the Resort for the tour (THE TOUR I WAS NEVER ADVISED OF).
My daughter and I went to the hotel. I was so bad I did not sleep in the bed.

We arrived to the Resort and I asked to speak with Alex immediately. Alex advised me that I could not upgrade to the better cruise and that the hotel in Orlando would be better. He also stated that I should have been advised about the tour. We took the tour and I would not have purchased anything even if it was free. I had been deceived.

We arrived to the boat my daughter went in the room and started crying, the crew advised us to go ask for another cabin. I was told that there was not another cabin and that I had to purchase an upgrade. I advised the gentlemen that I had already purchased an upgrade and the room is in awful. He stated that the upgrade was with the travel agent not the cruise line and to get another room I would have to purchase it. I could not have my daughter in that room therefore I did.

Upon returning on 5/30/07, I went to Imperial Majesty's office at 2419 E. Commercial Blvd.in which I requested to talk to a member of the management team. I gentleman by the name of Adrian Harry came down I informed him of my nightmare experience and asked for the list of the executive management and board of directors so I can advised them of what the awful, deceiveful service the company is providing to the public. Mr. Harry advised me that the Welcome Center has this information he did not.

I called the Welcome Center in Mr. Harry presence and the put the Welcome Center on speaker phone so he could hear the stated that the corporate office had this information. Mr. Harry refused to give me the information and left. I advised the receptionist to get me a member of management.

Jeff Tellam than came down again I explained my awful experience that should have been the best time of my daughter's life, that she more than deserved.

Issues
I was NEVER advised of a tour I started to fly in on Monday
I NEVER received a detail of documentation on what I purchased
I was told that the upgrade I paid for was not part of Imperial Majesty when it was Note Attachment B1 and B2
I was told that there was not another cabin to put us in and there was per the captain and the crew
The hotel in Fort Lauderdale was a DUMP
I was NEVER given the executive management and board of directors contact information
I was continuous deceived Advised to see Alex Note Attachment - C
I was told that I was purchasing a cruise that was the same quality as the Carnival just a smaller ship, which was incorrect.

Please understand that I would have purchased a cruise that would have provided me and my daughter with the quality we are accustomed to, I explained my standards to the agent and I was told that this experience will meet my standards. It did not. Imperial Majesty has made a nightmare of the must enjoyable event that my daughter and I will never have again. It is not fair. This was a much needed vacation that turned into a nightmare. I want a FULL REFUND
