Took money off my visa without full concent

I was ripped off. They said i won a trip but needed a little retainer i agreed at first but got suspicious. When i decided to back out (which they said i could do) he got aggressive and said it was to late and took my $800.00 on my visa. When i hung up they kept phoning back threatening me.
