I got a phone call and was tolled to answer a few questions like... Would you stay at a Ramada hotel? Did you ever stay at a Ramada hotel? Do you trust Ramada Hotels? What kind of car I drove? Do I own a house? After all of this she said I had won a free vacation. At first I thought that it was a scam. I then asked her if it was. She told me i had no toar whatsoever. She kept repeating the word free over and over again. She told me i had to give her a creadit card # for booking purpose only. It came to 698.00 for everything even though she said it was free. She said i would receve paperwork in the mail.
Once I receved paper work i filled it out and sent it in like i was supposed to do. After all of this and after i kept asking if it was all a ripoff they replied that it was not a ripoff and it was not a timeshare at all. Then to shutme up she said that they had moved me up to the captains quarters. Then they charged me for my littlest child 99.00 just so she could board the ship.
A mounth before the trip i receved information.in it said that i had to take a tour before the whole trip was to happen. I called them again and talked to one of the people at the Ramada Resort andthey said that i was not obligated to buy anything. The trip will still be yours and we will give you a 100.00 back for your gas money but we will not give you trasportation to and from the resort.
Then once we arived to Florida we had found out that it was a big scam and we would not receve our paid vacation even though it was suposed to be a FREE vacation. I was to worried to go onthevacation with my two young girls because of the brutal conditions of both the customers and employes. I hope no one elts falls for this stupid hox. They should be shut down EMEDEITLY!
