06/05/07 contacted summer bay resorts for this wonderful package that they were offering for free? Then they asked for my credit card i hesitated and they convinced me that this was okay to do and they were an honest company. I said no and they put another salesman on the phone and they ultimately convinced me to accept and give my debit card to them.
06/06/07 i called and told them i did not want their package i had thought it over a little while and felt as if i was coherced into keeping the package that they were offering and i wanted to cancel they again offered me alot of free offfers and again they talked me into keeping the package.
Again after they place another salesperson on the phone to convince me to keep the package.
06/08/07 i decided if i was going to keep the package i would go ahead an use the package. So i called the summerbay resort and schedule my days in las vegas. I asked the salesman if i could book these dates on the 06/28/07-06/30/07 even thought this was not 30 days prior. He assured me this was no problem and booked me for these dates. Confident that i was booked for these dates i proceeded to purchase airline tickets and book a hotel for the night i wasn't covered at the resort.
06/15/07 a representative from this agency contacts me to tell me that these dates were all booked up but we could arrange an alternate payment arrangement (for my free nights?) i was furious called the resort as soon as i got this message and told them i wanted my money back that this was ridiculous and they had told me no problem when i booked the dates and now they were rescinding there offer so i was doing the same.
They waited until my dates to get my money back were up knowing that i would not be able to get a refund before they notified me of the unavailability of the room. I hope to prevent other people from falling into this trap. Please help me and let me know my rights as far as getting my money back.
06/18/07 i call the company again to get the same line of crap that they can not refund my money back the quality assurance people are a joke and very rude and discourteous this is a huge scam. I wonder if anyone actually gets to use their days.
