I booked a room with a bay view and a jetted tub for 2 nights. When I arrived at the motel there were no jetted tub rooms with a bay view. The price for the jetted tub was twice the cost of what I had been quoted and it was on the oppisite side of the motel. I had to pay for the room again and was only able to spend 1 night unstead of 2. I feel like it was a bait and switch but at the time I had no other alternitives. I had traveled for 3 hours, it was late, and and the weather was terrible. I have contacted motels.com and they swear that they have not done anything wrong. They were rather rude and unreasonable.
