On Jan. 30th, Spartan Limosine Service was supposed to be waiting for me at LaGurdia airport in the arrivals baggage area. I was told the driver would met me there with a sign with my name on it. This was told to me by Herb of Spartan (I believe he is an owner). The plane arrived on time, but the Spartan driver was not there. Many other limo services were there with signs and picked their passengers up. I was the only person from my flight still waiting. I received a call on my cell phone from the driver who said he was backed up in a line of traffic. After many more frustrating phone calls and me walking through a line of hundreds of cars in the freezing cold, I finally found the limo. When I asked him why he wasn't waiting for me in the baggage area, he went berserk, flung my luggage out of the car into the street, a distance of about 10 feet and took off without me!
