We went to the presentation in Branson and of course ended up buying their travel network membership.
We started out not being able to login to the website, Then after we were able to do so we checked from time to time and we were dissapointed that there were actually no "great deals."
We found we were able to make travel plans and arrangement ourselves at much better rates than using Grand Crowne. And you dont have to be a super shopper to do it.
What I am getting to is that in Macrh 2006 I was laid off from my job of 19 years.
My wife called and talked with someone from Grand Crowne and told them of our situation and she was told to send a copy of the layoff notice and then our account would go before some board and would probably be cancelled.
We sent a copy of this notice and then the next thing we know is that we recieved a notice from Legal recovery services and it said our account would not be cancelled and we still owed 1212.91.
We werent even asking for our money back, just to cancel our contract since their services were no good to us anyway, but i may reconsider trying to get our mney back from this place.
Please, for anybody out there considering this place, DONT you will wish you hadnt.
