Newport Car Services is an executive car service company. They provide car services to corperation employees. The scam is that for each car service, they submit the charge to the credit company from $1 to $10 more than the amount on the receipt. When an employee files his/her expense report based on the receipts, he/she will short a few dollars on his/her own credit card. For example, the car service on the receipt is $65.00. The employee filed reimbursement for $65.00 based on the receipt.in one month, the employee will gets the credit report which states that the charge was $70.00.
