Well let me tell you a horror story, so here is the basic story on how they are gonna make their money everyone mails in their money and then they throw it in a high yield intrest account and they make money off of our interest... Thats how i will start this story.
Ok so my girlfriend and myself got suckered into this giant scam because the guy said all you need to do is mail your 100 dollars in and you will get it back. And a free trip. So we send in the dates and they respond with a statement saying that the dates we chose were already booked, not a problem me being a patient man we waited for them to provide us with some dates. They proceded to do so we found a date (we thought awesome, but we actually got pretty screwed)... (by the way the other two dates they did send us were already passed that time of year one in june and the other in may... Oh yea and by this time it was july)
So i called them up to confirm because i never recived written confirmation only to hear from a rep named Joanna that the date THEY gave us was passed the alotted time period... So i proceded to ask her why we would get the ok from their company in IN INK SENT to us if it wasn't ok she said there was nothing she could do it was my fault. I said hey wait a minute why would you send me that confirmation then and she said it was a computer error. I replied with, " How is that my fault?" I never said that date you gave it to me then she said anything else i can do for you today trying to conclude the conversation so she can be on her way,
Then i requested her superior (who conveinently wasnt in that day) and said i would get a responce within two days her name was Marcia. Then i called back and spoke with Ryan he said it wasnt my fault, and i asked him does it sound like my fault if THEIR COMPUTER is messed up he said no. And i asked where is my recourse he said wait to hear from the supervisor, i said ok but i will call three times a day until this situation is solved... And i have worked in customer service before so I DO KNOW HOW TO GET things DONE...
So people out there that are getting scammed by this place i urge you keep calling and bothering them until they either GIVE you the trip or a full refund
