This Company's ethics concerning it's hard working employee's is dispicable. NO integrity here. It's all about intimidation and harrassment. For something as trivial as not wearing company issued uniform jacket during hot weather while in the presents of the general public. They (the public) say they don't care!
The company say's it's all about image NOT comfort. But look your BEST and all times! It's not about taking care of the customes, it's not about having a happy employee doing their best and working up a sweat to ensure all are comfortable. It's not about how WE put our lives on the line everytime we step onto an airplane (Post911). And GOD forbid you need to use any accrued sick time. Your harrassed about that too. "Don't come to work sick. BUT don't get sick in the first place. Makes a lot of sense.
These money hungry, greed driven, pompus, arrogant BASTARDS will face their own demise based purly on how they live their lives and how they treat their fellow man. THE MAN 'upstairs' is keeping count! Hide! Wonder what Key Lay is doing now???
