We received our confirmation that our "certificate" was registered on 8/23/05 and per the instructions sent off our $85.00 within 21 days. After the first three dates we had selected were past, I called and was told that nothing had been available on those dates and to choose 3 more... Well those have now past and nobody will return my calls or provide me with any information. This is a total rip and the Attorney General for California should be doing something about it.
