Promised refunds, never received. Charged renewal to my account without my permission. Ripoff

I was enticed to sign up for two airline tickets for $149. Then I changed my mind. Was promised a refund. Never received it, and, not only that, my account was charged for a membership reneweal without my authorization.

I am owed over $300 now and have never received despite promises. And now, of course, cannot find these people.
