I was contacted by this company RTS travel telling me that I had won a 1,000.00 gift certificate to shop on line and that I could cancel all of the offers that I was being presented, within a 10 day trail period. What they failed to mention was that the trail period is 10 days from the date of the letter that they will send to you in the mail.
Now before they send the letters out it's real easy to get in-touch with a representative. I know, because I tried to cancel before I ever received a letter in the mail, and much to my horror I was then advised of the stipulation of the agreement. But since I have received my letter I have not been able to get intouch with anyone. And now I'm going to be charged 139.95 twice because they won't keep their word and answer the dang phone!
Yes I should have know better, but that's just not fair! They should do what they say their going to do.
