The RTS Group called me on my cell phone four times before I answered them. They said I've won a One thousand Dollar shopping spree and my name and number been picked out of a list of people. I try to refuse the shopping spree but they used marketing techniques to temp me. I was played like a fool!!! They said this is 100% legitate and I wouldn't have to pay anything but the shipping and Handling for the shopping spree.
They took my check number to process a electronic check to pay them. They had their manager confirm it. They charged me $3.95 by my check number. They said those are the only charges they will make.
This is how it gets worse... They put me on a voice mail to make the shopping spree sound legitate and they give my information to three other companies. FLY FREE TRAVEL, DIALING USA INC, AND WEALTH BUILDER PROGRAM.
They said "their only free trails and I won't be charged". One week later, I go to my mail box, I recieve my trails.
Both Wealth Builder and Fly Free Travel said if you don't cancel within your 10 day trail period, you will be charged 129.00 (Fly Free Travel) and 149.00 (Wealth Builder program).
I was shocked!!! I knew this was a scheme to begin with.
A week later I get the Dial USA Inc. Letter that looked like a Junk mail letter and they said "If I didn't cancel within their free trail, I will get charged a setup fee of $39.95". I called the company up, the female operator said this was the last day to cancel. I recieved the letter on the last day of the trail period. None of these companies are responsible for any mailing delays.
I asked for the shopping spree website, she said www.freegiftsamerica.com. I go on the website and the merchandise looked like something you can find at a flee market. Everything was outdated!!! Video games where made seven years ago and the DVD they were offering was something you can find at a Dollar Store. Nothing was name brand or FREE!!! I thought I was getting a free shopping spree on my favorite website like they promised. Their LIARS!!!
I try to purchase some merchandise with the shopping spree voucher. They charge a Processing and Handling fee on everything. The minumium charge was $7.95. I thought that was murder. Money out of my pocket!!! The P&H fee was based on the value of the each merchandise on the website so basically your getting ripped off.
I called the Manager of the RTS Group to demand a 3.95 refund. He said "we are very sorry but we don't have the power over the P&H fee". I said "they are you items on te website and you Pricks are ripping me off". He then said "bare with me, you don't like the shopping spree, give it to your family or friends".
He wouldn't give me a refund of 3.95. Their marketing scheme was trying to recuit me in these services. I call this a MLM scheme because they probably harrass other people multiple times to participate in their services.
I want this company Down! I want these Punks in Jail! If anyone heard of the RTS Group or freegiftsamerica.com, these dudes are only taking yor money.
